Changing your profile picture

Learn how to change your profile picture.

You can click here to change your profile picture in Mealplana. Alternatively, please follow these steps.

Step 1: Log in to Mealplana at https://app.mealplana.com

Step 2: Click on Settings > My Profile

Step 3: Click on the Picture tab

Step 4: Click the Change Picture button

Step 5: Click the camera icon to pick a file

Step 6: Browse your local computer files and choose a suitable picture. Then, click Open (the file browser window below is for Mac, in Windows, the window will look different)

Step 7: Once your new picture loads, click on Upload

Step 8: Wait for the file to upload, and the final result will be displayed on the screen as shown below

Troubleshooting: If you get an error whilst uploading your picture, please ensure the image is in a supported format (e.g. jpg or png) and that the file size and image size is within suitable limits. If your image is too large, try resizing it or compressing it.
