Cancel subscription

Learn how to cancel your subscription for Mealplana - unsubscribing from Mealplana.

You can click here to cancel your subscription. Alternatively, follow these steps.

Step 1: Log in to Mealplana at https://app.mealplana.com

Step 2: Click on Settings > Billing Settings

Step 3: Choose Cancel Subscription

Step 4: Although optional, we would really appreciate it if you could tick checkboxes indicating the reason why you are canceling your subscription. We will use your feedback to improve the service. When ready filling in this information, you can click on Continue to cancellation

Step 5: Read the summary information shown on screen carefully. Then click on Confirm Subscription Cancellation

You will see a confirmation message as below notifying you that your subscription has been cancelled. If you don't see this screen, or you receive an error message, please contact support, as it's possible your subscription may not have been canceled correctly.
