Learn how to undo cancelling your subscription (revoke cancellation).
If you canceled your subscription in the past and your final billing cycle has ended, the software will automatically prompt you to renew your subscription if you try to log in. You can follow the steps on screen to regain access to Mealplana.
On the other hand, if you have just canceled your subscription but you have changed your mind and wish to re-instate it, please follow this tutorial.
You can click here to revoke your subscription's cancellation (only available if you have recently canceled your subscription). Alternatively, follow these steps.
Step 1: Log in to Mealplana at https://app.mealplana.com
Step 2: Click on Settings > Billing Settings
Step 3: Choose Cancel Subscription
Step 4: Click on Re-activate Subscription
You should see a green confirmation message once your request is processed. If you receive an error message, please contact support.
