You can download a recipe anytime as described in this article.
Step 1: Open the recipe you want to edit as shown in this tutorial.
Step 2: Click on the Download tab.
Step 3: Choose which sections you want to include in your download by checking the appropriate boxes.
If you want to make it really simple for clients, you may want to simple include the overview (which will include ingredients as well) and the nutrients summary.
Alternatively, you can tick all boxes, or selectively tick some depending on the level of detail you want in your final document.
You can scroll down to see the content that will be included in your document.
Step 4: Click the Print/download PDF button
Step 5: A print dialog will open up. Review the details and click on Save when ready.
The print screen will look slightly different depending on your OS and browser. Below is an example of how this window looks like using Google Chrome on a Mac.
There are options to save the file as a PDF document (you can also print to paper using a printer), as well as page size, margins, and whether to include Background graphics (the backgrounds you see in nutrient tables alternating between rows).
Review the settings and press Save when ready to generate your file. You can now send it to a client via email as an attachment for example.
