Edit a meal preset

To edit a meal preset, follow these steps.

You can click here to open the meal presets page. Alternatively, follow these steps.

Step 1: Log in to Mealplana at https://app.mealplana.com

Step 2: Click on Meal Presets

Step 3: Click on the meal preset you want to edit from the list.

Step 4: The meal preset editor window will open. This window has a few tabs available (the tabs will be combined into a single button in mobile).

• Ingredients tab - you can add/remove/edit ingredients for your meal preset here. You can use the nutrition search bar to query the database for foods, and the food editor spreadsheet to manage your ingredients
• Macronutrients and Micronutrients tabs. You can click them to see the nutritional content in your meal preset
