Bulk rename meals

Learn how to rename multiple meals in a meal plan.

You can rename multiple meals in a plan at once with a single action. This is useful when you generate a meal plan and want to rename the default meals (e.g. Meal 1, Meal 2, Meal 3, etc) in bulk, or if you want to translate meals to another language.

To rename meals in a meal plan, follow these steps.

Step 1: Open and edit your meal plan.

Step 2: Navigate to the Overview tab.

For this example, this is how the meal plan looks like before doing anything. Notice the Meal column, where meals are named Meal 1, Meal 2, Meal 3, and Meal 4.

Step 3: On the action buttons at the top of the meal plan, click the More button, then click Rename meals

Step 4: A modal window will show up. In this window you can:

• Choose which meal you want to rename (e.g. Meal 2)
• Type a name you wish to use to replace the previous meal name (e.g. Lunch)

When ready, click the Rename meals button

All matching meals will be renamed to your new name. In this example, Meal 2 was changed to Lunch.

If you have a meal plan with 20-30 days, this feature can save you a lot of time when you need to make changes to the plan in bulk.
