Learn how to edit fitness goals for a client.
To review the goals section in a client record, follow these steps.
Step 1: Open and edit your client record.
Step 2: Click the Goals tab
Step 3: Edit the form to set the fitness goals for your client. You can track:
- Weight
- Muscle mass
- Waist circumference
- Hip circumference
- Body fat percentage
- Metabolic age
Changes are saved automatically as you type, and you can click here to learn how to change units
